Hitting the gear in 2 weeks

Okay well I did the Test Cream for 60 days like my Doctor asked. I got nothing, maybe a little more sex drive. Anyway I am hitting my 1st cycle when I get back from vacation.

210 Test level

I have been training on and off for 5 years, heavy the last 6 months. Diet is clean, I am down 20lbs from 4 months ago. I will take before and after pictures. Cycle will be as follows.

1 CC per week of Sust 250
50MG Winny 6 weeks before cycle ends

PCT
HCG shots 4 weeks
Clomid

Because I think you will get more out of 500mg, as well doing it twice a week will give you more constant hormone levels and the chance of side effects will be lower.

BOOST,bro. i would take KALE's sugestion as gold.i've been on here for awhile now and he know's his shit.i personally wouldent worry too much about side's.set your cycle in stone and follow it!!if sides occur take the preventitive measures you have already prepared.i'm now entering week three of my first cycle 500mg test e with no sides.but i'm fully prepared in case they do arise...by the way"it's good too me you"...badass

the single ester test takes 4-5 weeks to really kick in....sust has 2 long esters and 2 short..if you shot 1 cc a week your blood levels would fluctuate ridiculously...sust is recommended to be shot eod...but twice a week would be MUCH better than once weekly..id run a cyp or enan ester if i were you and what is 4 shots of hcg? how many iu's are your hcg amps?

4 Shots 2 cc per shot.

Cyp or Enan not in the cards. Sust and Winny is what I have on hand, plan to use it.

The 2 shots per week sounds good, I was just going lower at 1cc as this is first time on injectable.

i'm not sure on how it's going.eating like a pig,liftin like a madman!i've gained 4lbs. in 2 weeks & my chest is starting to look much better.thing is test-e dosent kick in till around weeks 4-6.so i'm not sure if it's the cycle or the extra effort...

the sust should be shot EOD minimum E3D to take advantage of the short esters...long esters will not kick in until at least week 5. to take advantage of the long esters you should run the sust for 12 weeks.

i am taking shooting 250 E3D because of the insight found on the site.

how are you planning the winny? this should be shot ED at 50mg to take avantage for 4 weeks

wk 1-12 Sust 125mg EOD (your weekly intake between 375 to 500)
wk 10-14 Winny 50mg ED (at very least EOD)

24hr after last winny start standard PCT

so yes boost, if you cant get the test e or c just go with the sust at least twice a week, 250mg each shot every monday and thursday (drop the winny regardless) - but IMHO i would hold on to the sust put it away for next time.

your diet and training have been in order for 6months so you understand patience...go find some test and you will reep mad benefits...shooting sust twice a week is like wasting half of each amp. - you will some benefits but your not maximizing the gear...

but again, this is just my 0.02

Okay started. Took your advice and doing 2 shots per week of Sust 250mg each. This will put me at 500mg per week. Can I run Winny right along side with the Sust, or should I just add it the last 10-14 weeks of Sust Cycle. I have Winny pills or Injectable, which is better. One last thing, on PCT is there a simple way, I hate to think I need clomid(night mares) and HCG and Nolva. Any simpler way??
