i been working out hard for little over a month. i use to workout all the time but just got back in it and changed my diet. i was 243lbs and now im 232 but the problem is my arm and chest are getting small. my only problem area was my gut.is there anything i can take so i can lose the weight but not my mass. i dont take steriods and im trying not too. im on protein and creatine. i have a 47 inch chest and 18 inch biceps but they are shinking quick.iwant to get to 215-220. thanks.

Are you sure you are losing mass and not just fat? You really need to drop your bf% and see where your real measurements are. My guess is that you are losing body fat from your chest and arms - which is common. The last place you'll see your fat drop is your waist - that is just the way it works. My opinion is to strip it down and then build it up.
