I did do a search and read all on here from people with similar situation. But still looking for advice.

I am currently in week 10 of a cycle that is going fantastic. Lifting more weight then ever in my life, gained 30 pounds, but it has effected my elbows. I get the numbness in the first two fingers, sometimes first three.

I know a doctor is going to tell me to stop lifting for a while. But I have two weeks left of my cycle. Kinda hard to quit when it's going so good.

Should I: stop lifting for a week, rest the elbows.

Keep lifting, lower weights, take it easy.

Quit lifting and suspend cycle and goto PCT now?

Do nothing, it will go away?

Just do legs for now?

It's all the classic symptoms. Bothers me a night especially.

Any advice?

Thanks

how did it start? any recent trauma? if not, this could be thoracic outlet syndrome, it happens with tight scalenes and or pec minor, all you may need is a chiro adjustment and a little masssage therapy

I agree with doc, i was gonna say one of the four common TOS's as well......if it is a scalene trigger point therapy should do wonders.
