I've been working out for a couple years now and I've hardly used supplements. The only reason why I have not used them more is because of the money. I want to gain weight, and look bigger, but at a descent price. What should I use and where should I get it?

Well, you should probably check out the "bulking diet" in the diet forum.
Gaining weight is just getting in my cals than your maintain weight cals.
I use Cytogainer as my PWO, and sometimes a shake in the day, and its great stuff.
But yeah, the answer to your question is basically....Have your diet in check.

Hey thanks a lot man. I will definitely look at "bulking diet." I'm still new to the board and havn't had a chance to see everything, but everyday I find out how awesome it is. I will see what changes I need to make in my diet. Do you recommend that I get Cytogainer. If so where should I get it? I checked the sight sponser, allsportsnutrition.com and saw that they had lots of flavors, and good prices.
