I am 20 years old six foot one inch and 260 lbs...looking to get down to 230. i have taken clen, and phentermine and i just bought lipo 6 to try because a friend of mine recommended it..he used CLA with it..should i pair it with CLA or sesamin or something else..or nothing at all...i do 40 minutes to an hour of elliptical machine a day and lift 5 days a week..all help is appreciated..an i know that diet and cardio are the best things to lose the weight...but anything helps
