milk tistle pix! 1000mg or 250mg?????

on the front of the package it says 1000mg per pill and on the back its says 250mg. can some one clear this up for me!! thanks!

That product has 250mg milk thistle. The amount of the extract is what you want, not the total. Always take the smaller number.

so, should i take 4 pills a day while on cycle??and how all at once or though out the day!

yes 4 pills a day...try to split up into 2 doses...morning and night
