PCT...clomid or nolva?

When doing PCT with sd do you guys recommend nolva and clomid or just clomid? I was always under the impression nolva was for counteracting gyno if needed and clomid was to get your natural test going again after the cycle. Please clear me up on this. Also, could someone tell me how much I need to take day by day of either clomid or nolva for my pct.

BOTH....some use just nolva, but clomid is very helpful in your lipid profiles...USE BOTH imo....good luck bro
