Red Yeast Rice - what brand?

Sup guys, i wanted to run to vitmain shoppe after work today and pick some of this stuff up... Can you guys suggest a brand or will any do?


Also, do you guys know if taking this will be harch on the liver as well?

Im going to supplement it with coq10, but should i take some mile thistle as well?
