This guy is one of the best competitors in a long time. He's what a bodybuilder should look like with his blend of size, fullness, definition and shape. He makes a refreshing change to some of the guys who have been around for years and offer nothing new. This guy has got real and deep separation - a trait that is all too rare these days, ever since the use of insulin got out of hand in my humble opinion. Too many current pros look the same and guys like Ahmed are needed to hopefully recapture the excitement of bodybuilding, the kind of excitement the sport of offered when Haney, Gaspari, Labrada et al were competing!!

I saw something where Ernie Taylor having been beaten by Ahmed earlier this year said something to the effect that he should beat Ahmed even on his (Ernie's) worst day. LOL!!! What a joke. Too much synthol got to his head me thinks! The only two guys I see better than Ahmed at the moment are Jay Cutler and possibly Shawn Ray on his best day.

On the pic with cutler, the blond guy's waist looks twice as big than haidar's one.
