T3 amounts?

Hi I just got some T3 and it says 200mcg/ml on the bottle.. What would a good starting dosage be. The tablets are around 25mg for the day split 3 ways to start.

I started with 20mcg on day one and added 20mcg a day till I got to 80mcg. I hit 100mcg once or twice and didn't really notice anything negative. There are a bunch of threads that show how to taper up, hold, then perform a long taper down.

In the liquid form, how much is in each squirt? I know 200mcg per ml is stated on the bottle but it does not tell me per squirt.:scratch:

I believe each squirt is 20mcg. 10 squirts is 1ml (200mcg). So, if you were trying to get 80mcg, that would be 4 squirts. I did not like the squirt because the tube always had air in it and it seemed like the amount that came out from very inconsistent. I switched to a 1ml syringe.

usually 10 squirts is 1 ml, test it by squirting it into an oral syringe and see how many squirts it takes to get to 1 ml
