I am ready to lose that last 20 pounds of fat. The body is getting old and I am going to use a little help. I am not interested in gaining muscle, but any would be appreciated. I just want to hold onto the muscle that I have and workoff the fat. I was working on doing that when I broke my toe. That put an end to the cardio for a bit. I have held my BF to 24%, but I want to get it in the 15% range. I was thinking of using steroids (or whatever else) to enable to me to maintain my intensity. I have used for one cycle before (250mg test/200mg tren per week/250mg anadrol).
I was thinking of using test/tren/anavar. Anyone have any experience with a combination like this? What is the least that I could get away with while pumping out the cardio like nuts. I also have access to winny, but I think that will not be of much use to me yet. I also have clen/T3 that I can throw into the mix. My diet is in pretty good shape and I have been hitting the weights pretty hard.
Also, I have been doing a lot of low rep, high weight training. Should I stay on that? How much emphasis should I put on the weights?
