Just looking for some cycle info from guys that know what they are talking about (this goes for other guys on this forum too if you guys have a few spare moments)

I am 20 and a half.. but probably not looking to start till I am closer to 21.. I have been training for about 5 years, but only seriously for 2.5 -3 .. I'm 6"1 and around 210 -215 pds... so definatly not a monster like you guys yet :)... ps: I have never cycled yet.. Thanks in advance all

Dunno if you'd classify me as one of the big guys but I used to deadlift 500 + for a good few reps. I used to do 3 plates a side for 20 to warm up. LOL!!

Guys, this lady knows about back, that is obvious from her pic, but she helped me with my back routine last fall. Scroll down and compare the back shot from last November to the recent pic and you'll see the difference heavy compound movements coupled with wide grip pulldowns can make. Also, good eating and 1 cycle!

Someone posted about deadlifts, I got a back nowhere close to BigKevs, Dr D or BBoy but here is a deadlift pic of me pulling 585lbs(6 plates aside) Got 4 reps with it and am clean. Getting ready to start a blaster and hoping to get 635lbs for 3.
