Fake Test Prop?

I just got an ampule of testosterone propionate 2 ml 250 mg from a friend who's about to start a cutter.
The ampule has the following printing TESTEX ELMU PROLONGATUM 250 mg From ALTANA S.A.
Does anyone know this firm?
Is this s**t legit or not?

agree with Geriguy - it's cypionat not propionat ...and can be real or fake. Picture can helps.
