I took this with my computer camera so the quality is poor. I weighed about 190 at the time, now 210.
Please be nice but honest.

you have some great mass there...good development in the delts traps and arms. Will be looking forward to see you after you turn to the dark side

thanks for the complement, I really need to beef up my chest and cut out my delts a bit more. I'd like to gain around 25-30 lbs. of good mass in the next year then do a serious cutting cycle.

looks like you have a great foundation to work on. You got some good thickness kickin'. Keep us posted with tour progress. I suspect that you will be lookin' really good soon.
