i am currently cutting and i ve been doing that for the last 5months and i managed to get down to 9 or 10% and i was at 19. my 6packs are very visible without flexin and i have veins pupping all over my abs and lower abdomen but the problem is that when i sit i have a layer of very soft belly wich make me think of a liposuction coz its driving me mad,and when i get up i am toned and very defined! any idea? ? i upped my cardio to 10 times per week and now i feel a bit softer:S i dont understand how can i have veins popping on my packs and my lower abdomen and my lower abdomen is soft:icon_piss
please some help

What's ur stats and your cycle history?
Also please post your diet. The problem you have might be due to not enough fat consumption on a daily basis (salmon,flax seed oil,olive oil,e.t.c.)

well no cylce history, i am 23years old, 184cms and 83kgs.
diet:
wake up: can of tuna, 3 eggs white, 50g oatmeal+ 1 pill of fish oil.
meal2: 2chicken breast,salad,1 fruit.
meal3: can of tuna, 4 olives.(before my training)
meal4: fish filet or 2 chicken breast, 3eggs white and 1 yolk.
meal5: salad and 1 can of tuna.
meal6: some nuts and a lean source of protein.

i would drop the olives and the fish oil pill and go with 1 tablespoon of flax or olive oil at meals 2 and 5, but that' just me, also no protein shakes? that's about 200 g of pro you got there, don't you think you need to up them? You need lots of pro even when cutting.
Your carbs look fine thou, also fat looks ok

thx. i will try and do as u said.My folks dont allow me to take any shakes:( they say its bad for the health althought i showed them all the documents thats say i can use them they insist i cant and i am 23years old! heheh! anyways i ll c what i can do.

no prob bro, you can replace shakes with egg whites, it's not the same thing thou, but that's what i used to do and had some good results before trying supplements, i used to eat 4-8 raw egg whites in a shake with water 3 times a day, one of these shakes was immediately after workout.
