What are these?

opened my bottle of clen and these were in the bottle as well. I know these are not clen. The clen was there, plus these...they are orange and clear capsules with white round insides. On the orange part has an M stamped and then on the clear end Medix.

I'm clueless on this one as I know it isn't something I ordered.
