PCT for 21 or 30 days?

I just came off a eq/cyp cycle for 12 weeks and I was reading up on PCT. In the past, year ago, I read and did 21 days of PCT after my cycle: 300mg chlomid the first day, 100 mg day 2-11 and 50 mg chlomid day 12-21. ANd 20 mg nolva throughout. Now I see that people are suggesting 100 mg chlomid/20mg nolv. for 30 days. What are your guys' take on this? Do you guys recommend the 30 or 21 day therapy plan.

Dude everyone recovers differently. The only way to really know if PCT is successfull at all is to get a blood test and look at your Test levels. The length of time to do PCT is purely guess work based, no doubt, on people doing it and getting a blood test. So do it for 21 days, get a blood test and see if you have recovered, if not then keep going with it.
