I just finished a Clen + T3 cycle, but still want to drop afew more pounds before starting my cycle. So ECA, and other beta receptor simulators are out of the question. I'm currently taking a herbal formula of green tea and Hoodia.
Anything out there better than what I'm taking right now?

thermorexin all its activity is either down stream- metabolically- from the beta receptors or alpha related.

Cool, I'll take alook into that.
Thanks for the help!

there are also other non beta non stim options
sesapure (sesamin/episesamin)- ppar-alpha agonist
TTA- pparalpha agonist
yohimbine/yohimburn (topical)- A2 adrenoceptor blockers
green tea- EGCG in particular (which works via PPAR-alpha and Camp)
there are more, if you are interested in those type of options

casue it works off the same receptors as clen

oh ok, so in essence that means your body is already adjusted to the amount of stimulation???

you just wnat to give them a rest so you dont develpp thyroid conditions and become the half ton man on tlc

i heard taking thryriod meds to lose weight for non-medical purposes, can screw up your thyroid....any insight into this?

i think only if you use them for an extended period of time that is why i think you should use eca on your off weeks. alot of people do 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, but i have also read 6-10 weeks straight is alot more effective. unless your bodyfat is low and you cant lose anymore even with perfect diet cardio and nothing else is working then use clen. other wise i would stay away

if you just want something cheap to keep you stimulated, just go with caffiene. there's a lot of other things out there, but i wouldn't bother. if you're doing clen+t3, your body could use that break from the excess stimulus.

 Clen doesn't affect the thyroid in any way, its a selective beta-2 agonist/antagonist, meaning its approach to metabolic enhancement is completely different.
You don't want to run them together or intermittently because the beta-2 (and all other receptors for that matter, but especially this one because it's Clen's absorption site) prefers the weaker Ephedra. This means it will absorb Eph first, not allowing for effective Clen absorption (downgraded to a mere 32%).

t3 uses the thyroid right? thanks didn't nkow that i kinda want to absorb as much information before i do clen in a year or so.

Right.
T3 literally stands for Thyroid 3, or the third thyroid producing hormone.

caffiene does nothing for me
go espresso. if you take enough, it'll do something for you. i go with a quadruple shot of it with a bunch of stevia to sweeten it up (calorie-free sweetener). gets me shaking almost as much as clen does.

Well, the green tea and hoodia are working pretty well for me. Not nearly like the clen + T3 stack though. :(
Stress and a poor diet are really hurting me right now. I just never seem to have time to make a proper meal. I'm always on the go with either work, or finding a new job, or school. If I have enough time to go to the gym I'm lucky.
I'm taking some caffene as a kick for me, since after the Clen I crashed really hard. Granted, I did take a rather high dose of clen.
It won't be long until I'm able to take some eca or clen again. So I'll just stick with what I'm using, and throw in some cla. I'm interested in the sesapure aswell.

Do any of the carb blockers or cortisol blockers actually work?
I'm most likly going to have to push back my cycle again, due to drug testing at a job that I'm applying for. So I might aswell continue to use legal/otc products.

i heard those blockers dont work not sure tho. jobs normally don't test for gear. they normally test the basic 5 or ten at the most. i work for a pharm comp and they only test the ten
