These "sticky's" contradict each other imo... which is correct?

Please correct me where I am mistaken.. thanks!

===============================

PCT by Swale------
"I like Arimidex during the cycle (in fact, consider use of an AI while taking aromatisables a necessity) but it ABSOLUTELY should not be used post cycle (even though it has been shown to increase LH production) because the risk of driving estrogen too low, and therefore further damaging an already compromised Lipid Profile, is too great (this also drives libido back into the ground—and we don't want that, do we?)."

Pheedno's PCT----
"Arimidex(or L-dex)
Estrogen is the main inhibitence of restoring HPTA, and AI administration has been shown to increase gonadotrophin concentrations and serum Testosterone by up to 50%. In addition, by adding L-dex, the inhibitence of excess estrogen allows Tamox to work greater at LH stimulation in the begining stages of PCT, since the need to prevent binding in the mammery is lessened by the reduction in estrogen biosynthesis"

so Arimidex for PCT or no????

You can do many different things for PCT. You can run many different things. Its whatever works for you. Some use Nolva, some Clomid, some Nolva + clomid, some Nolva + arimidex. Now even many people are including aromasin and taking out clomid, even HCG is used for PCT by some people.

So imo it doesnt really matter as long as you are covered, one thing is for sure though, I would never rely on just one single compounds to do it all for you. I truly believe in a more rounded approach including an AI and SERM and maybe HCG as well.

well i'am not saying swale is wrong. But that would also cover all AI's not just arimadex. i would cover letro aromasin

IMO if you do take estorgen to low then yes your going to have problems with PCT that's why we use arimadex or aromasin and not letro in or pct program.
