PCT for test e, Tren and winny cycle

I am finishing up my cycle in 3 weeks and wanted to get the PCT right. My cycle looks like this

Wks 1-12 Test E 500mg

Wks 1-8 Tren 75mg/ed

Wks 9-14 Winny 50mg/ed

I have clomid and nolva from ar-r and i am not sure of the dosages? Bros any help would be greatly appreciated. Also i am thinking of running some t-3/clen during the PCT and not sure if it would have an adverse effect. I wanna be ripped, but i want to be safe. thanks bros.

clomid 100mg ed for 30day's
nolvadex 20mg ed for 30 day's

i would also get some l-dex and run it 0.25mg ed for 30days

you could add clen to your pct but i wouldent add t3
