WTF yohimbe

so i ordered yohimbe to add into my ECA stack. I did a search and most people say that they use between 5-20mgs. I get the bottle and each frigging pill is 500mgs!! wtf?? if i take that i think my heart would explode no?? suggestions?

500 mg of extract might be anywhere form 5 mgs to 25 mgs of active yohibme

depends on the extract % ( percentage)
