Optimen- YELLOW PEE

Sup bros.. Probably normal, but the first day I started taking this (today) hours after my urine was bright bright yellow.. I drink ALOT of water each day and my urine is always clear.. Is this because of the Optimens Multi vitamin? This is normal, correct? I am also running var and tbol.. let me know bros.. thanks!

I always get this after my vitamins. especially b vitamins. it is your body excreting excess ones i belive.

i take 2 one a day mens in the morning wth 400 iu of vitamin e, and 2000mg vitamin c. then liek an hour later i am pissuing yellow.

then again at night i take 2000 mg vitc, 100mcg b6, 2500mcg b12, 400iu e.

then another hour later i piss yellow.

looks like mt dew. no worries it is normal. keep water up. when i do not drink more than 2 gallons a day the color is worse.(i usually drink 2g a day, or more depends on lifting.)

Vitimins = yellow. To much protien drink and cloudy.

thats the vitamins getting excreted out of your system. First time i bought GNC megaman it freaked me out and i asked the same question. Competely normal, its kinda like a weird neon yellow color haha.
