need help,directions, clomiphene/tamoxifen

i finished my last shot of deca only cycle 18 days ago, i was taking letro to should i stop the letro? also i recieved today, my clomiphene 70ml 35mg/tamoxifen 50ml 20mg, how do i use this? need directions, also my face and neck is puffed up bad everybody saying im getting fat how could i get rid of this thanks
