I was just wonerdering what do you think would be the best exercises to strengthen your back. Every once in a while I have back problems and I am looking for some good exercises to help with this problem.

I have a bad lower back as well. I keep it strong by stretching and doing the low back extension machine, using light weights and high reps. There are some other exercises I do, but I feel that one really helps. Plus I make sure that my low back is always supported in all the exercises I do. Also, keep your abs strong to help stabilize your low back. I can't stress enough how stretching is key to keeping your back healthy.

i have had low back problems since i was 15 or 16. make sure you do any heavy low back exercise, dead lift, squat, etc.... very slow and controlled. and of course make sure your properly warmed up

i also work my spinal erectors hoping it will strengthen my lower back, but i dont have the scientific knowledge to say it will help fix anything.

I used to have some lower back problems since i was 15 and i remember everyone in the gym telling me not to push my back muscles by doing excersises like deadlift and hyperextensions with added weight.
The true is that since i started doing these excersises i noticed that the pain and the discomfort was gradually gone.
I suggest you give it a try

My back problems went away with the addition of Gh & Anvar to my test.
