their a ll shit . all too much sugar or fat. protein bars ares low quality food also .

the new nitrotech bars have only 2 grams of sugar...there not the best tasting but deff i would go that route if u had to, its what i eat when i am riding my bike on a long trip or at school alllllll day

My FAVORITE is a good choice, the Avid Source Peanut Roll Bar: literally tastes like a PayDay; meets my min. 10:1 protein to sat fat ratio; low in sugar; moderate sodium.

Too much sugar there, this is for contest prep. I ****ing hate protien bars and it's not the best choice but I work as a firefighter in a busy ass station and sometimes we get on a call that totally ****s my eating up, I'm just looking for something to keep on the truck. 90% of the time this wont be the case, this is like emergency type shit. I think I'll check out the nitro techs

I just ordered some and the bars has some pretty good nutrients #'s (sugar free)

Nutritional Facts:

Protein = 21g

Total Carbs = 23g

Net Impact Carbs = 2.5carbs only

Sugars = 0g

Total Fat = 4g

Saturated Fat = 2g

Calories = 195 kcal

The Toasted Coconut & Chocolate Brownie's are pretty good !
