Can someone tell me the dosage of tribulus i can take, and when to take it pls

i take 1000mg an hour before workout. some people prefer to divide up the dose i.e. morn afternoon eve at say 500mg per dose.

mate if you are looking to use tribulus as part of your pct or after to gain your libidio back, well all I can tell you is I have been taking it at 20000mg a tab 2 in the morning and 2 at night so 80000mg a day for 9 days straight and I haven't felt an 1% improvement.

I hear ya, can't say that it did the trick for me either, sometimes when you take more than one supplement, do you really know which one helped the most? trying Viraloid now. we'll see.

You mean 2000mg and 8000mg, correct? Not 20000mg and 80000mg, right?
Tongkat ali at 800-1200mg ED is superior to tribulus for libido issues.

Follow Bryan2's libido recommendations. He is the one that gave me the dosing for the tongkat ali. Bryan2 is the man when it comes to supplements around here (no disrespect to anyone else).

thanks, I am hoping that it is still in my head, this is week 2 of PCT and this morning I had wood so I'll keep my fingers crossed.

it says 20,000mg each tablet man, it must be equivelant to something because the tablet doesn't weigh more than 1g lol.

It was a SD cyle 20/20/30/40
PCT week 1-2 100 Clomid and 20 Nolva week 2-4 50 clomid and 10 nolva

I am listening to my body for the PCT, I may continue the nolva after week 4?? and will get blood work done after I feel normal

I would run the arimidex after week 4 of PCT. Take it at 0.5mg for 4 weeks and it will nearly double your test levels.
