You are incorrect, BD pills are not always the same color and size. They are made in a few different factories, so color and size does vary slightly.. They mention this on their site.

It is impossible to tell from those pics if they are real or not. They could be anything. If you trust your source and he is top notch, than I would say you are probably ok. SRCS can test them for you, than you would know for sure, and I would probably do it just for peace of mind.
