OK....here is a pic of me taken today. I was planning on doing a show in Aug, but my supplement supplier is gone out of the country until next month, so I have to put it off until Oct. Luckily I only dieted for a few weeks. I'm in alot better shape than I was last year before I started dieting, so I am pretty excited about what my final results will be. As usual my legs will be the last to come in. I am 16 weeks out and I won't start dieting until the 12th week out. I am 210lbs right now and will be 176lbs or a few lbs lower Oct 21st.

Thanks bro. I weighed in the night before at 176lbs, so I'm sure I was a few lbs lighter that morning. Here is a pic taken when I was 176 this past Sept.

shredded.... but looking at the first pic, i don't see where your cutting 34lbs from, it doesn't look like u have 34lbs of fat on your frame in that first pic.

Doesn't look like it, but you have to realize that 10 to 15 lbs of that 34 lbs is water weight that will be taken off in 2 days leading up to the show. For instance last year, A day and a half after my after my show, my weight was back up to 190lbs.

It has only been 9 months and I weighed the same as I do now when I started my diet so if I did....it isn't much.

I am right at 5' 11". Didn't have my bf% checked.

i forgot to incorporate the water weight, and actually realised that that after i posted, but still doesn't even look like you have 20lbs of fat laying around anywhere. Every 2lbs of fat is 1% bf isn't it, and i agree with kale you look about 9 maybe 10% right now, so if your cutting down to say 5% i can still only see maybe 10lbs of fat you can cut.

I'm no expert, but have you tried to take a shot of yourself now in the same pose as the last years shot?
From the way the pictures look - you may be 180 - 182 lbs. and still look that dry.

I usually go about 4 times a week during the summer. I usually lay in a 20 min tanning bed. I usually only lay once or twice a week in the winter months. Just enough to keep a little color.

I started around 6pm on Thursday. Only taking in enough to get my food down. I started taking dyazide the same time.

Zapp... what exactly do you mean by "starting dieting"?
I'm assuming you mean contest dieting... but then what do you do for the rest of the year?

Well, I after my show last year I ate anything and everything I could get my hands on. I planned on putting about 30lbs on during the off season, but had a bad experience with d-bol, so that screwed those plans up. 6 weeks ago I started watching what I ate, but still eating some junk food. Starting July 29th I will cut all junk food out and be on a very strict diet of just chicken, tuna, egg whites, brocolli, and oatmeal.

Came across a pic of me last July. 12 weeks out. The other one is the pic I posted earlier of me 16 weeks out. What a difference a year makes.

Nothing changed MT except I became more dedicated. I stopped missing workout's because of being tired from work, or because I would rather spend more time with my girlfriend....well x-girlfriend now.
