What up guys?
I just wanted to post this pic and see what you all think, i am going for my first comp in oct, i am currently 180lbs, 5ft 6in 22years old, i just want some feed back to see what my week points are.... it is a natural comp so i hope i can do kinda well, i am hopeing that being shorter will help me out but i guess we will see.....

I'd say abs are a strong point. Arms are huge but lack definition. Traps and chest could prolly use some attn.

you look good, i'd say if you want an extensive critique, you must put up an array of pics covering all body parts. looks like you're holding a lot of agua in your legs mang, your bi's could benefit from some peak contration exercises, and can't tell for sure but from the front, but your back looks like it's in dire need of some width. keep up the good work.

i will agree with you that practicing some back posing will deffinately help you. i think your back is behind in general, but you have a great base, so nothing diet and training cant fix. if yur not allready doing deadlifts, then you need to start now, it will help with your back tremendously.

Gotta work on the back poses I agree. You are lean but you need to work more on your bi's it looks like. I like incline curls for the peak..

i am gonna post a better ab picture later today, its strange even at 10% my abs show well, i guess they are deep if you know what i mean..... any thoughts on this.... i will post a pic later today....

You look good mate, i hate to break it to you but regaurdless of when you took them, the fact that you have taken pro-hormones will ruel you out of competing in most natural feds.
I know for sure you wouldnt be allowed to compete in any of the uk ones after taking them.

make sure you stand up straight, don't hunch forward. Also, you aren't actually flexing your back when you pose - you are spreading it. if you flex your back it actually looks smaller, you want to spread it out. I'm sure someone here can explain it better for you

Ok thats cool then mate, i was just giving you the heads up because alot of feds would give you a problem. I would be pissed personally if i dieted my ass of then was told i couldnt compete or was accused of cheating etc.

Actually.. i think he could hit welterweight... He's carrying some nice thickness in his thighs.. like i do.
To the original poster.. hitting the October show will be no prob... I'd say.. start your cardio now.
In your next offseason.. bring up your pecs; lats; and arms

Thanks everybody for the input it really helps...
Narkissos- i deff want to go welter weight, i would just feal to small at light weight... i have not started the cardio yet, but i need to, i usually lean out pretty quick, i had my bf% done the other day and i was at 8.6% so that helps also,i am still putting on quality weight so i dont want to hit the cardio to hard and halt my gains.......

what i ment by not wanting to be light weight was that i dont want to compeat at like 150-160, i dont want to drop down that much, not that the title bothered me......

True... If he can hit lightweight without having to deplete too much id' tell him shoot for it.
I've been there... If you've gotta over-deplete to get down there.. i'd honestly hit another show

i was thinking about hitting another show rather than droping to much weight... my timing might be slightly off anyways....
I woould really like to compeat at 200 eventuallyand some day maybe 225 open division, but untill than i guess ill be under 200 natural..........

If you want to compete at 200 then it's going to be YEARS before you step on stage. You will have to be around 220-230 off season to be any where near 200 in contest conditioning. I will be competing at around 200.
