Hey again,

I'll start a new post for this - Heres progress from last summer, to february, to the end of my tbol only cycle a few days ago... bodyweight went from 186 to 208, to 221... Which areas of my back could use more work? Thank you

definately think you could concentrate on the lower back as well as middle back. In addition, i can see that your traps need some work. Overall your back looks pretty good i think its just a matter of conditioning it to be more defined and possible add a little more size to what seems to be laggin behind. good work though and be sure to post some more pics up for further review.

i agree, at least not 40 pounds worth.

i would really focus on hitting the upper and outer back with wide grip chins/lat pulldowns, the middle with db/bb rows, the lower outer with close grip pulldowns, deads and hypers for the lower thickness and seperation.

I disagree he looks shitty on the first two and jacked on the third!
Focus on heavy deadlifts and weighted chins and your back will develop all the way:wg:

weight measurements were indeed accurate.

so you think at this point my outer back needed more work?

I should probably update with a new pic
