Hello All,
I apologize for not getting these out earlier. I won 2nd place in the mens novice lightweight division. There were 10 competitors, so i felt truly honored to have placed being my first show. Those of you might remember that i was worried about making weight. I came in 2 lbs under my max weight. I spent most of the day, prior to weigh in, outside in the heat doing lunges and walking in SWEATS to push the water out of my system. IT WORKED !
The whole experiance was truly one i will never forget. I love the atmosphere of a bodybuilding competition. There were many classy people there and i learned many tricks of the trade. I am competing in one more show next month and will call it quits until next year. I am stepping up to the novice middle weight class because i gained 20 lbs in 5 days after the show. Also, the weight class in the upcoming show are the true NPC weights. In the last show, the weight classes were adjusted to have light, middle and heavyweight.
I want to thank all of you who encouraged me and if i can ever help anyone, please let me know.

PS... The guy on the far left was given MY TROPHY... I was given the 5th place bye mistake. I got the CORRECT trophy after we left the stage.
