haha, no man, its ****ed up cause its the only decent pose i can do with a the camera in one hand, next time ill try a one arm bi or something,, thanks for the comments guys,, and a BIG bump for Lion's clen too,, thats played an important role in lowering my BF

nice obliques and abs. would like to see more tho. post stats, that would be something i would like to see. you look kinda short but i may be wrong. other than that get some more pics. what are you running?

-Why doesnt anyone like training legs. Overall you would be bigger for the simple fact that it releases higher volumes of testosterone throughout the body for the fact that it occupies the majority of the body. Tisk Tisk.
