Kale got it right ......my tiger is on my right arm but all the other pics were takin in a mirror so its reversed.....

congradulations on the transformation. you trully have come a long way and are still on your way to becoming what you have goaled yourself to be. Only suggestion is i would hit the chest up a bit. other than that you keep advancing in muscularity and turning away from the BF. keep it up.

thanks guys...... its been a slow road this past year... got sick a ton but am lookin to work on prob areas like chest, as metioned earlier.... but especially delts... will keep the semi annual photos coming... thanks for all the support... w/o this board i would have been lost.

very nice progression pics.. ur in great shape.. i hope to have my first tattoo within 2 weeks.. in just getting my right shoulder done..
