Im the mentzer guy. I started using mentzer hit on june 1st at 165 pounds and Im up to 176 pounds on june 30th. no bullshit

im not saying he has a build that couldnt be accomplished without steroids i just wanted to be as polite as possible about it ive seen people that size after a cycle

okeyy :( ill retract that question i guess i was just trying to make conversation if he was on cycle im not actually interested in what he used to get there because i dont plan on using anabolics for quite some time i guess i just wanted to get the thread moving
edit :i didnt actually open up the picture i just went by what i seen from the small one..my computer is riddled with viruses so wghen i open other windows it freezes sometimes
so dont think im blind guys if hes THAT small but from what im seeing he is very lean again props tothe thread starter time to bulkkkkk:wg: if ya want i guess

Btw, good base but deff need a lot of work on your training/diet to get a well-built physique if that's what you're going for.. you didn't mention anything but hey look at me.

ok guys..i took the plunge and opened that picture now my computer is going nuts...i hope you are all natty and if you arent then..well lay off the cycling until you build up more muscle and learn how to pose and flex your traps when i say learn how to pose i mean this is a constructive criticism by the way

i have no idea how old you are but IMO you look to young to be fugging with juice, and i cant tell a diffrence in either pick except in the nipps, you have decent shoulders, and lack upper chest and of your course the arms could use some attention, i by no means have the perfect build but when you post a pic be ready to take some constructive critisim.

did I mention that I used heavy duty hit training about 15mins a day every four to five days to let my body completly recover.

So you train 15 minutes at most twice a week... and sometimes once a week
Do you do total body or a split?
