really i wanna get a sub 8% bodyfat! not just to get lean but to learn how to diet down for when im bigger! (its the experience as much as anything!)
What would you estimate my bf at? if you can tell from these crappy pics!
Btw the last pic is completely relaxed the other 2 tensed!

Ohh btw im 6foot 1 and 195-196lbs! (i think i look smaller!) down from 212-215ish

2000kcals a day! split over 6 meals!
250 protein (From Turkey,tuna,salmon, Whey(only pwo and first thing in morning)
150carbs (From Oats, wholewheat pasta, dextrose(only pwo)
50fat (from almonds,flax,salmon natty pb)
i have 3 protein carb meals and 3 protein fat meals 2-3 hours apart!
I also add fibrous veggies to my 3 carb meals! (spinnach normally)
No dairy, No fruit
Im following a higher carb lower protein approach as i getttttttt carb hungry!!!

I plan on dropping another 10lbs !!!! my strength has increased everyworkout since cutting also so i think i am maintaining muscle!

yeah when ur still realitively new to BBing u can do the unimaginable.. U KAN DROP FAT AND GAIN MUSCLE w/ a spot on diet.. so take as much advantage of this while u still can kuz in about 6months or so it will change

yer as long as it keeps working ill do it! the only reason i am really cutting as i said before is to learn how to for when im bigger!

good luck bro, you should be able to cut fairly easily
