y thank u, stats are currently 210lb, 20yo, 5'9, waist-34-35'':icon_piss arms 17.5'' pumped,

1st cycle was test e and deca, small dosage and my last was ;
test cyp 600mg we
deca 400mg ew

and my upcoming cycle is gona be
weeks 1-3 anabol 30mg ed
weeks 1-4 anapalon 50mg ed
weeks 1-12 testex 1000mg ew
weeks 1-10 deca 500-700mg ew

Slow down a bit bro.. at 19 and already planning your third cycle.. I believe your genetics are good enough that you could still grow without anabolics if you got your diet/training in order..

u definately look great, but i would not have put you at 210. i am roughly the same height, thicker by the looks of things, arms the same, and my waist is bigger (at the moment lol, im bulking) and im weighing around 195lbs on an empty stomach. you have freaky legs or summit?

19 and on your 3rd cycle? how the heck old were you on your first one, 17? wow.
does anyone think the jump to a gram a week is a bit much at 19? maybe 750-800mg would be better. Heck, 600 might still work for you. I have heard of guys using very similar dosages for thier first few cycles.
