Just wanted to say whats up to everyone,glad to be here,learned so much already,and wanting to learn alot more from all you pros out there,as of now this is a pic of me about two weeks ago at 196 pounds mind you i just lost 26 pounds been bustin my ass in the gym and dieting pretty hard too any advice on a good bulking cycle would be helpful....I want to get HUGE!!!!..THANKS.....

u came to the right place bro, not really a great pic to see what ur physique is really like, i can't tell if u have a gut or if thats just poor posture, good work on losing the 26lbs, if i were you i would keep cutting cause obviously ur doing something right and forget about the bulking cycle for now. Like i said the pic makes it hard to determine where your at bf% wise, but from what i can see i would cut up a little more before u bulk.

you look thick anyway dude, and i believe once you have got alittle more butter off the physique, you will be lookimg good and strong

Yeah i still have a bit of a gut ,quite a bit i guess,i actually have good posture i was just leaning my head down to try and keep my face out of the pic,thats why i had the hat on,ill try and get a new pic on here so you guys can see!

yeah i reckon clen wouldnt be a bad idea. make sure you know what your doing with clen first, decide which way your gonna run it (2 days on/ 2 days off, 2 weeks on/2 weeks off, 6 weeks etc) keep the diet and cardio up, even increase the cardio if you can, as the clen will also aid in stopping muscle catabolism, whilst supporting fatloss
