Well I am 22 years old, I am about 5'7" or 8" I weigh about 220lbs. Arms are a hair bigger than 17" my quads are right at 27" my calfs are 18" thats really all I know. I have never measured my chest or back before. They are both my best bodyparts though. Since I am getting PMs about my chest routine. I thought I might as well post it here.

5 set incline dumbell press
3 set incline flies
3 set flat flies
5 sets decline flies.

I am not sure what my BF is i have never had it taken. People often say around 10% though. I am sure that I am not 7% but I am not 13% either.

the first 2 pics look doctored...no, they are doctored. turn the lights on and take a full pic if you are going to post one. and stay out of photoshop with it.

All of these peeople have seen my chest. Anyways hearing you saying that is like when people used to ask me if I juiced before I did. I was so excited to read what you posted because i wanted to know what the big man thought. Kind of quick to judge. Anyways what exactly looks photoshoped in those photos?

they look doctored to me bro, but, i wasnt there and dont know you, so if you say other wise, i cant disprove it. the one of your back came out good, good clarity and wide as hell, take another with that camera bro.

Rugger has a digital cam that can take normal pics if he was there why wouldn't he have just taken a decent pic with his cam where you could actually see something???
