i had been looking this site for 3 years and never jump in ...
im 27 5,11 215-220 8-9 bf% (in part because of my gh cycle)
i have been training for almost 9 years (always hard work)
almost year long cycle (test.3month in..3 month out and year long gh+winstrol and 3 month in deca ......ect im a big cycler but not a lot of test.
this pictures where taking in my old appartement 3 years ago
i was 192 10-11 %bf
since then i star gh last year and it was the best thing ever!!!!!!!!!
i dont have new pictures or pictures of my legs but dont worry one of my best part are my legs(because as you know,there is nothing else to do in quebec that to train and play hockey lol
i will buy a camera and put my picture up to date
i got a problem with my traps (they just dont grow as fast as the rest)
did some one as made site injection in the traps? (weard question!)
happy to be on board and sorry for my orthograph ...im just a french canadian:shrug:

i was able to find my last year vacation picture so here is a litle update of my shape
on the second one my shape was no more ...it was replace by cancer and champagne....3 weeks in guadeloupe with out training and eating shit:7up:

Looking good bro. Kinda worry me when you say you aren't a big fan of test in your cycles.

I would not inject traps but that is just me. I tired injecting lats once and will never do it again. I couldn't push the pin through and felt ill while doing it.

if i train them 3 time a week is it to much or is it like abs that the more you train it b:scratch: ether it is ?

Looking good fam, best bet is shoulder shrugs, upright preacher bar rows, even barbell shoulder press!

I think You no how to do the upright rows...just when you go down go very slow till your arms are stright try to bring your face up and flex your trapz. when you go up keep the bar away from your body and hold at your chain hight and hold for count of three. Don't hump, I hate people just raises thier hand and put the bar at thier chest at the top. Just focus on the flexing method. Enjoy..

traps... HELL NO! waaaay to many nerves, felt it go ALL the way in. lats never had a problem with, smooth as butta.
i want a back like yours!

heavy ass barbell shrugs (start with like 315 and add 45's each set
) that is all i do and they grow like weeds and try mixing it up do them on back day sometimes and on shoulder day on other times.....
but looking great so far keep it up

heavy deadlifts and shrugs. i do deads on back day, and shrugs on shoulder day. when i perform deads, inbetween each rep i shrug the bar afew times

How heavy are you going that you can hold the top and shrug? I'm lucky to make 5-6 reps when I deadlift let along shrugging in between.

im 27 and i do 4 u. each day 6 day a week and i LOVE IT YEAHHHHHH!!!!!!
and i just start 600mg of andropen 275 with my winstrol and equip.

avoid upright rows. they can cause serious nerve impingment issues. shrugs and all of their variations and deads will grow the traps.
