Brought my mrs a new digital camera, so just had to have a go :wg:
I am 27 just under 6'2" 95kg
I have done 1 cycle of 12 week sust & Deca at the start of the year.
My goal is to compete next year probably around October.
As you can see i have no posing experience at all.
Its winter here in New Zealand so i am bulking at the moment. :7up:

Yer i need to work on my legs. I had part of my L2 disc removed in 2002, so i can't squat as heavy as i would like. I go to 100kg ass to the grass.

Well i'm off to train legs now... i'm going to thrash them hard out.
