do a search bro, there's literally hundreds of threads on ephedrine. but just to give you a quick answer, i personally think eca is a very effective weight loss helper. i say that just because it's unnecessary with a good diet.

I have cardiac problems in my family.. I'll never use clen nor ephedrine. They really aren't needed if the diet/cardio is in check IMO.
