thanx yall, appreciate it! yall are hard to please so im glad! protein protein protein! chicken, beef, all kinds of peppers. 3-4 good meals on top of 3-4 shakes a day. no cheating whatsoever..i dont drink or smoke...im a sprinter so i do heavy oly lifts, ALOT of core work, plyo, and track work. and swole, i dunno how to do the background ish! help a bro a out if ya can!?
