I just went to loblaws and found out they are selling theses new line of supplement at really abordable price, i was really sceptic at fist and made some research and found out that its all legit and really good supplements.

I bought some CEE and the fat burner and found both to be very good for the price each are 24$ Canadian for about 1 month supply.

I decided since i am back in the gym to give there weight training program a try and really love it

THere is nothing for legs now but i got the rest printed, i did all 3 programs that are listed and if you print out the sheet you can even make it out a log its very well done

Its a good thing i got the CEE cause the workouts are long and you do various range of reps from 20 to 8.

they sell this stuff at Wal-Mart as well

I didnt find any at my local walmart maybe it will be there soon.

I see nothing special about their products nor their prices. Id stick with the tried tested and true.
