hey guys, just trying to get a gauge on my bf.. I have one of those "bf" scales but it always reads like 32-34, and I dont think im that fat, lol.. So can I have some guesses please?

It could be a little high, thats just my guess. I think alot of folks have much higher bodyfat than they think. I know I did before I got mine checked out.

I've seen people that do not look fat when you see them but their body fat % was still high because they lack muscle. So that isn't always the way to tell if their body fat % is high.

its hard to tell because you lack alot of muscle mass.. I know pre cycle I was 17% and I looked much better then you I would guess that with the belly pouch you got going probally around 22% tons of vets and whatnot will argue with me.. but my main focus in my field of training is weightloss....(im a P.T FYI)
