pic update before I start dieting

Hey guys here are some pics taken over the past two weeks. I have a show coming up in early December. I was hoping to hear some opinions on when I should start my contest prep in relation to how much body fat I need to loose. Last year I came in with poor conditioning dont want to make that same mistake again. Let me know what you think, thanks bros

I dont think I have changed a whole lot. I stay off cycle allmost all year wanted to let my body heal and recover. I have some pics up from the show if you want to see just do a search.

1st off thank you for the kind words. Hearing stuff like further increases my motivation for improvement. My goal to date is to become Mr. Colorado and qualify for nationals. Turn pro? Not even on my mind since I am about 20lbs of lean muscle away from even being able to step on stage with the best of the NPC's amature body builders. I use to work with Phil Heath at Bally Total Fitness and ever since meeting him I have strived to atleast win the Colorado at a similar age. Those are just goals however and may not be attainable but its fun to try.
