@ 5'9 and 246 you are pretty jacked, need to cut down to about 220 get some cuts going you would be contest ready at 220-230 if you play your cards right, what is cycle history

I have done 6 cycle and these pics are after last one: 1g test 400mg deca /week And Anadrol 50-100mg/day first 3 week and then dianabol 50mg/day rest 7 week.

And I'm going to compete in 1.5 years here in Finland. So I start cutting at next year. There is time to build calves and everything else missing muscle :p.

I will do 2 mas cycle and then one 5 month preparation cycle to show.
