Im just starting to bulk up and gain some size again, i was wondering if a better this time around would be to keep at doing one group each day and jsut change up the exercises and stick on higher weight with low reps or maybe combine like chest and tris and back and bis? any suggestions?

Utilize the methods of the Ironman HIT training, it has become very popular amongst fellow AR brothers. I have used, and can attest to the results you will see.
