View Full Version : Keeping gains after cycle??

I just finished a cycle and I am starting pct in a week.
Is there anything I can take that will reduce my catabolic muscle state so that I can keep my muscle as well as add some over the next month or so.

I read about clenbuterol and I have read about IGF
and I know the clen is here and available through lion

I do not know much and the more I learn on this board the less I know.
I am not as pumped as I was a ago two weeks when I had my last shot of tren and it has been a week since my last shot of test eth.

I still have most of my gains but I would like to keep what i have and maybe lose more fat.

My diet is good and I do 45 min cardio 5 days a week and I train with weights 5 days a week.

I went in the gym and I can lift just as heavy but I can only lift for about 85% time wise as I could on the cycle.


If someone here could tell me about clen and if I should use it now or just give me advice on keeping the muscle I would appreciate it.

THere is so much to know that goes way beyond just doing the cycle and diet

add 500 cals to your diet. train with the same intensity. get lots of sleep. good pct supps: clomid, nolva, aromisin, inj vit e, igf, clen, creatine, glutamine, tribulus.

clen is suppose to help you from going into a catablic state since it has very mild anabolic properties. always worked for me

Clenbuterol is good for pct

Clomid @ 100mg/day 30 days
Nolva @ 40mg/day weeks 1+2
Nolva @ 20mg/day weeks 3+4
You can add proviron or ldex to your pct as well

Should've researched first though. Any more questions can most likely be answered with a search.

can i use anything from gnc that will work for this? any testosterone boosters or anti catabloic pills? Will they work at all to bring back my test levels and keep gains?
