I Love the ironman HIT, but i remeber seeing him post up an updated version, or "improved Version" of his famous HIT program. It was alittle different, and had you changing exercises from workout to workout, does anyone have this, i cant find it

I am well versed on the HIT routine but have never seen the one you are talking about.

Im glad to see some one asked this question i was going to ask it too,how did you like the Hit routine?I was also wondering about the DC routine too??

i only know of the original hit program, which i think is a great program,if anyone has un updated version,please post it
