well you already have your AI now add a serm. Nolvadex

The Nolva/Clomid combo would be ideal.

The dosages vary by preference, the length of your cycle, and the amounts you were taking but I would do something along the lines of the following:

Clomid
Weeks 1-2 @ 100mg ED
Weeks 3-4 @ 50 mg ED

Nolva
Weeks 1-4 @ 20 mg ED

Letro
Weeks 1-3 @ .25 mg ED (taper down during the last week)

You may want to extend the PCT to last longer than 4 weeks and you may want to reverse pyramid the clomid in a more extreme fashion. IE: Day 1 @ 300 mg, Days 2-7 @200 mg ED, Days 8-14 @100 mg ED, Days 15-21 @50 mg ED. There are lots of different ways that you can do this, just do a search and see what has worked well for different people.
